Heidi was actively involved with real estate associations, locally and internationally, serving as VP of Memberships for AMPI in 2005. During her tenure as AMPI's Membership VP Heidi led a pro-active campaign to register real estate agents and institute continuing education programs.
In early 2007 Heidi redirected her energy and enthusiasm to a new endeavor, The Mexico Real Estate & Yacht Club -- the first multi-fractional ownership program of its kind. This company also specialized in luxury and unique beachfront investment opportunities. In the late summer of 2007 Mexico Real Estate & Yacht Club merged with Century 21 Sun & Sand, and Heidi was named Designated Broker and CEO.
Voted "Best of 2008 Broker in Puerto Penasco" by Mexico Living Guide, the new responsibilities of heading a real estate brokerage did not stop Heidi from serving the real estate community again during 2008-09 as VP of the AMPI MLS.
In this important role Heidi was instrumental in uniting the real estate community in support of using a single MLS to better serve both buyers and sellers.
In December 2010 Century 21 Sun & Sand moved to Cancun, a new challenge that Heidi relishes.
